| Improvements included: |
New curbs, sidewalks, tree plantings, 9 pedestrian nodes with seating, traffic signals on mast arms and streetlights. |
Discussion is underway with the city to make final determination. |
New bus shelters, mast arms and banners to attach to streetlights on west side of High Street. |
Improvements not included: |
Relocation of utilities to alleys. |
