Clintonville Incorporated consists of volunteers who reside in Clintonville. We believe Clintonville is a great neighborhood for business and want to see the commercial district thrive. For Clintonville demographics, please read our Interesting Facts.
Here are the four committees that carry out the work of CI:
- Design: Members recommend design standards for targeted commercial streetscapes and signage and develop policies to enhance the physical appearance and usage of the commercial districts in cooperation with the City.
- Development: Members are working on parking solutions for various commercial sections along High Street. This committee also helps businesses entering and/or renovating the property along High Street and suggest appropriate leaseholders for vacant spaces.
- Organization: Committee members work on funding and recruiting. At the present time the CI volunteers have donated their time, talents and money to enable the group to begin to realize its mission of enhancing Clintonville business districts in order to improve the quality of life of the Clintonville community.
- Marketing Committee: The Marketing Committee keeps residents, the City of Columbus, and the media up to date on the work and accomplishments of Clintonville Incorporated. Members also help promote the appeal of our commercial districts to residents, to potential investors and to new businesses.
